Warranty Conditions
Furniture purchased from our store is covered by a warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover consumables, decorations, or lighting fixtures.
● If any furniture purchased from our store has a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it free of charge.
● Should any furniture purchased from our store be damaged due to an accident or normal wear and tear, we will repair the item for a fee.
● We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim or return request if the item is found to be damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted by our store within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the items are safely packaged for transit.
● We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return conditions. Shipping fees are not refundable.
